My name is Emily. I’m 20 years old, an aspiring writer, and a lover of books. I will read pretty much any genre as long as it interests me, from young adult to fantasy to thrillers (and everything in between).

 

Some random facts:

 

• I’m a recent university graduate with an Honours Specialization in English Language and Literature and Creative Writing (say that five times fast).

• I love shopping and my wallet hates me for it.

• The one item I’d bring with me to a deserted island? Chocolate.

• Rainy days make my day brighter. (Who doesn’t love a good paradox?)

• My life goal is to never lose at Scrabble again, or else surrender my title as reigning word nerd of my household.
